Through high-pressure diaphragm dehydration technology, the sludge with a moisture content of 80% in the sewage plant (processed by the belt filter) can be conditioned and dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60%, and the sludge with a concentration of 92-98% can be directly dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60% by replacing the belt filter. The filter cake after deep dehydration can be directly landfilled, incinerated for power generation, composted, made into bricks and cement, etc.
The municipal sludge after deep dehydration is treated by waste heat drying and incineration in the kiln using the unique production process of cement kilns. This can not only stably decompose the chemical composition of the sludge during the disposal process to achieve harmless discharge, but also allow the calorific value in the sludge to replace part of the fuel required for cement clinker production. The incineration residue becomes a silicon and aluminum raw material used in alternative production, realizing comprehensive resource utilization and developing a circular economy.
