Sand and gravel resource recycling
After the remaining concrete and water enter the sand and gravel separator through the material trough, circulating water is continuously injected. Under the impact of the water flow, the remaining concrete is fully cleaned. After the sand and gravel are separated, they fall into the material yard through their respective discharge ports, fully meeting the industry standards for recycling and reuse.
Zero sewage discharge
Use a zero sewage discharge system. Among them, the filter press is a pulp water recovery equipment specially developed for the mixing station. It uses the pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth to make the water in the material pass through the filter cloth. The separated powder slurry is compressed into blocks by the filter press, and the separated pulp water is precipitated into clean water through the pulp water recovery system, achieving sewage recycling and truly realizing 100% zero sewage discharge.
