Introduction

BBNEP filter cloth includes the following types:

Polyester Filter Cloth 

Polyester filter cloth is weak alkali resistant and acid resistant. The trap ability of polyester short fiber filter cloth for particles is good. But its stripping quality and gas permeability is not good. However, polyester long fiber filter cloth is featured with smooth surface, good abrasive resistance, high stremgth, good air permeability, good water permeability. In addition, it is easy to clean. Both of them are used for pharmacy, sugar production, food, chemeical engineering, industrial filter press and so on.

Nylon Filter Cloth

Nylon filter cloth is alkali resistant and weak acid resistant. However, It cannot be exposed to sunlight for too much time. It is mainly used for rubber, ceramics, metallurgy, centrifugal machine and so on.

Polypropylene Filter Cloth

Polypropylene filter cloth inludes short fiber and long fiber. The former one has good filtration effect. The latter is good in air permeability.

Vinylon Filter Cloth

Vinylon filter cloth has good abrasive resistance and filtration effect. It is resistant to strong alkali. Therefore, it is mainly used for liquids with strong  alkali and rubber industry.
