Introduction

Membrane filter press is a type of filter press popular in various industries and processes for solid-liquid separation. It is an advanced and specialized variation of the traditional filter press that incorporates a flexible or elastic membrane into the filter chamber. This membrane can be made of various materials, including rubber or elastomers.

As a kind of environmental protection equipment, membrane filter press can effectively separate solid and liquid in sludge or suspension. The solid substance exists in the form of filter cake, which is more convenient for transportation and next step treatment, and the filtrate can be used again in the operation. The characteristics of high pressure resistance, good sealing, convenient unboarding, low moisture content of the filter cake make it become a popular equipment for sewage treatment in the environmental protection industry. Membrane filter presses are used in a wide range of industries, including wastewater treatment, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and many others where solid-liquid separation is required with high efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Installation process of membrane filter press


1. First of all, the foundation of the diaphragm filter press should be leveled before installation, and the level error of each installation datum plane should not exceed 2mm.

2. Install the oil cylinder support and level it with a backing plate. The upper planes of the two supports are on the same level. The bolts between the oil cylinder and the support are not tightened. Then install the oil cylinder on the oil cylinder support and tighten the anchor bolts.

3. Install the tail panel. Lift the tail board (use a wire rope to lift the center hole of the tail board) to connect the tail board and the main beam.

4. Install the main beam support. Assemble the main beam and the oil cylinder, and use the main beam splint to fix the main beam and the middle support.

5. Pad the installed tail board flat, install another main beam and fix it with a plywood. The positioning bayonet of the two main beams and the tail board should be installed in place without leaving any gap.

6. Align the diaphragm. Use a level to measure the level of the two main beams. The height difference between any two points on the two main beams should be less than 3mm. The height of the main beam is adjusted by the main beam pillars. The error of the two diagonals of the frame should be less than 6mm. This can be achieved by adjusting the left and right positions of the tail plate.

7. Install the head plate. Hang the head plate on the two main beam rails and check the coaxiality of the spherical end cover and the piston rod. The coaxiality tolerance is 2mm. The coaxiality requirement can be achieved by moving the spherical end cover up and down and left and right. Install the pressure plate so that the head plate is in line with the piston rod. Piston rod connection.

8. Install the track box bracket and the upper and lower track boxes.

9. Install the transmission part. Including sprockets, chains, oil motors, hook boxes, etc. When connecting the chain and the hook box, the two hook boxes should be close to the end positioning plate of the track box, and the synchronization accuracy of the two hook boxes should be ensured to be less than 4mm.

10. Lift the filter plate to the main beam track and position the handle on the same side.

11. Install the filter cloth and install the filter cloth press ring (no press ring is required when sewing the filter cloth).

12. Adjust the height of the track box so that the distance between the bottom surface of the filter plate handle and the bottom surface of the upper track box is 0.00000000000000000000000000000 long to achieve stable and reliable pull plate operation.
